Delivery orders are processed by our Downtown location. Due to high demand, we are currently taking online orders only.

DELIVERY PROCESS
Ensure that you are available for the entire specified delivery window. If you would like an Estimated Time of Arrival, please text the delivery line. Once a driver starts your delivery you will receive an automated text. Follow the link to track your driver via GPS. You will receive a second automated text when the driver has arrived.
Have your medical ID ready on your phone or printed out for drivers to verify. Due to state law, we require this at every single delivery no matter how regularly delivery is placed. We cannot deliver to anyone other than the card holding patient who placed the order or a licensed caregiver.
Our goal is to make delivery as convenient as possible. The process should not take more than a couple minutes. Please write any special instructions in the delivery instructions part of your order or text the delivery line after your confirmation.
COMMUNICATION
Confirmation texts are sent out around 8:30 – 9 AM for the morning route and 10 – 12 PM for the evening route. If you do not receive a confirmation text please call or text the delivery line as there might be a problem with your order.
Important: Please confirm your availability by responding to the text to be put on your desired route. Drivers will call if there is not a confirmation text response. If you fail to respond before the route cut-off time, you will be moved to the next available route.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Cash – No fee. Please call or text ahead if a large change amount is needed. For example: Order total is $107 and all you have is $200 in hundreds, please text delivery line with name and required change amount. We do not accept change, orders are rounded to the nearest dollar. Rounding up from $0.50 and above, and down from $0.49 and below.
Debit – This option is for debit cards only, if you cannot use your card at an ATM, this option will not work. Most cards have a $300-$500 ATM withdrawal limit, if your order total exceeds this amount we will not be able to process your transaction. Please call your bank and make sure your ATM withdrawal limit is set above your order total. All debit transactions have a $3 fee that goes to the bank. You are charged in increments of $5, Drivers will give you the difference back. For example: Order total is $107, driver would charge $110 (increments of $5) + $3 bank fee for a total of $113 but give you $3 back. You paid the $107 order total and the $3 bank fee and were given the $3 overcharge (from $110) back.
Aeropay – No fee and is linked to your bank account. Transactions using Aeropay will show up as DOWNTOWN on your bank statement.
Loyalty is Royalty Rewards – Please text the delivery line if you would like to redeem your points on your order. All redeemed rewards must be completed before the order goes out for delivery.
No cash? No problem! Our dispensary now offers contactless payments with Aeropay. All you need to do is simply choose Aeropay at checkout and pay before your delivery or during your delivery. This convenient payment solution is free for our customers, secure and requires no downloads or sensitive information.
